Nope this is not the popular Ah Sang Bak Kut Teh in Sg Way but its located just right down the road. I am not sure what is the name of this place, that is the problem of being banana, cannot read Chinese words but don’t see them having a signboard anyway 
We usually parked at the open air parking place next to the Indian temple and walked up the stairs, then instead of turning left to Ah Sang, turned right and then first turning on left. Its operated from a house at it’s front porch.
The bak kut teh here are pretty decent and not bad… nothing short of the ordinary and it is less packed and price is average too. Quite ok alternative for bak kut teh in Sg Way for me
