Got conned again by KC today to follow him to Puchong for lunch today for him to do his chores
, anyhow since he is driving, don’t want to complain so much
. The “dei kao chung” ah John brought us to Restoran Goodwill, a typical Chinese coffeeshop.
Over there, I saw this stall known as Taiwan Loo Mei, which serve rice or porridge with stewed duck, pork, tofu, intestines, salted vegetables, etc. I saw it served to a few tables and it actually looks good! The duck are served on a heated tray with candle below, not bad for hawker’s food
.
I ordered a mix of duck and pork plus a whole piece of tofu with rice for RM7.50. The gravvy is light but full in taste and not oily, you can almost have it like soup with rice
. Duck meat is tender and not too fat.
