After work I endured the madness of traffic all the way from Hartamas to Puchong just to find the “batang gang” as Sky described it (I tihnk we really need a better name for this group!) for some beer and good german style pork knuckle. We went to Stadt, this new German bistro we heard of in Bandar Puteri that serve beer with pork knuckle aand sausages (all the key words hit, sure la we come!)
There are 2 choices for the german pork knuckle here, one is the original, RM42++ per knuckle comes with sauerkraut and whipped potato. The other is the honey glazed pork knuckled RM44++, this one the skin is glazed with honey when cooking and comes with some bacons and whipped potato!
Since there are so many of us, we ordered both to tried. I prefer the honey glazed one as the skin is more crispy than crunchy and the glazed add a nice taste on top even without adding mustard to the pork. We sort of cleaned up both in no time with only the cleaned up bones (thanks to Jack) left!
The other thing we tried is their german sausages, there’s a combo plate with a few type for RM49++ and that is very good too when taken with English mustard. We got a pasta and some snacks as well, but I think more than RM20 for pasta is not worth it and RM7 for fries is a bit too much… the calamari is very good and fresh but RM14 
We went to Carlsberg instead as there’s a promotion of RM30++ (10% service charge) per jug and drank while filling up our belly away… technically conclusion is, stick with the pork and you won’t go wrong here
